definitely worth the price - great buy

the boots are beautiful leather and have the stretch back panel to hug my calves and not sag or flop around. the boots' fabric lining helps them to breath and keep my legs/feet extra warm w/o getting sweaty or tight, and the rubber heel is great for the city and walking through all the dirt and pollution, along w/ice and slush. i think they run a half size small though. i'm pretty much a 9 in everything and definitely needed the 9 1/2 in these.

Quality boot

These boots are beautifully made. The leather is soft and they stand up well in bad weather. They were very comfortable from the first time I wore them. Only negatives are that the toe box is a little narrow and the calf is not as narrow as I thought it would be. I ordered size 7.5 and the calf circumference measures 14". I have very narrow calves and ordered these boots specifically for that reason. Nonetheless they are beautiful and I am wearing them a lot! I could not continue searching for boots with a slender enough shaft; these do the trick.

This was just a bit too large (My fault, I fluctuate in size and errored on the big side) but it was still comforable. I chose the Orion as a little more dressy look I was going for (and in the right size).
