#1 in comfort - but ....

I tried on these boots in a store in TX and they fit perfectly, sooooo sooooo comfortable. I bought them on them spot. When I got home to OK, I wore them all day to a conference, I notices that 2 of the studs were missing on the toe.. I went to a line dancing class that evening and when I got home I noticed several of the small studs were missing now. I emailed Lucchese and they told me to get with the retailer.... Well, for a $400 boot this is ridiculous! Im not willing to pay any more money to cover shipping and wait while they glue some more studs on... They shouldn't have fallen off in the first place. Even after this - I don't have regrets because they are by far the best boot ive ever had--- I just wish I had bought some without the fancy studs. The size is spot on, I wear an 8 in most everything and they fit like a glove.
